┬áBe careful of ‘overwhelm’.

If you have your child’s whole day organised with magnets you don’t have to have the whole lot up at the same time.

Some kids will love seeing the whole day’s schedule, particularly some ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) kids that often have a strong desire for routine.

But for some kids seeing a whole fridge of missions can be daunting, especially if they have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). They might look at the list and think it’s too much/hard and not want to do anything.

The answer… just put out the morning mission. Then once everything is done pop them on the side of the fridge/stack them. Then after school set up the afternoon mission.

You know your child, find the system that works best for them
